Material Introduction

High alumina bricks and clay bricks share similar production processes, with the key difference being the alumina content. High alumina bricks refer to neutral refractory materials with an alumina content above 48%. They are made from bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content through forming and calcination. With high thermal stability, typically at 1500-1600°C, and good slag resistance, they are used for lining steel electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary kilns, and more.

Based on Al₂O₃ content, high alumina bricks can be classified into different grades: Grade I (Al₂O₃ content >75%), Grade II (Al₂O₃ content 60-75%), and Grade III (Al₂O₃ content 48-60%).
